The wedding will be held at the delightful Finca Son Berga in the Alaro region of Mallorca, overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. It is a 15-20 minute drive from Palma De Mallorca and 30-40 minutes from the city of Soller.
The date of our wedding is Friday 12th September 2025.
We would however love to make this a weekend celebration so will be arranging welcome drinks for the evening before and after party for the following day. We would love if you could join us for a 3 day celebration.
Final RSVP's need to be made by 10th July.
We have tried our best to accomodate our guests but unfortunately space is limited, If a plus one has been allocated to you, your invitation will reflect this. We look forward to spending the day celebrating with our closest friends and family.
We have decided that our wedding will be an adults only event, we hope that with enough notice you will be able to make arrangements and attend our celebrations. We LOVE your kids, but you deserve a little break away and we'd love for you to take the opportunity to let your hair down with us.
Summers in Mallorca can be incredibly hot (and we are praying for sunshine) which is why we are having the ceremony later on in the day. We will provide hand held fans for the day but please dress accordingly and be sure to drink plenty of water beforehand!

We are arranging coaches to pick guests up from Zaffiro Palace Palma Nova at 4:15pm. Please arrive to the hotel from 3:45pm as buses will be leaving promptly. Should you be making your own way to the venue - please arrive at Son Berga, Alaro for 5pm.
The majority of the day will be held in the gorgeous grounds outside. Music outside will finish at midnight and we will then be escorted to an inside area to party into the early hours.
We recommend staying in Palma, Palma Nova or surrounding areas however the island is small so feel free to stay wherever works for you!

Wedding Day
We will be providing coaches to and from the wedding venue on the day. Pick up info: please arrive at Zafiro Palace Palma Nova from 3:45pm. Coaches will leave promptly at 4:15pm so should you miss this you will need to make your own way to the venue. If you are making your own way to the venue please arrive for 5pm. Coaches are then booked 1am to bring everyone back to the same location in Palma Nova. From there you will be able to get taxi’s back to respective hotels.
Pool Party
Please make your own way there (Co-Ordinates are on the schedule page of this website). We will be arranging a coach to bring everyone back to Palma Nova again in the evening and pick up for this will be 10pm. Should you be making your own way home please be sure to pre-book something as there will be no taxi's available in the area at that time.
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we have chosen to have an 'unplugged' ceremony. We ask that our guests turn off / silence their phones and refrain from taking any photos ad videos throughout the ceremony. Our professional photographer will take care of the day. You are however more than welcome to take photos at the reception later on in the evening.
Your presence at our wedding means more to us than any gift but should you want to, we would really appreciate a donation towards our honeymoon fund.

Please note there will be no food served during this event so please ensure to have a big late lunch / early dinner before arriving. Welcome drinks will be provided on arrival.
The party will be from 1pm - 10pm.
Please make your own way to the villa, we will be providing a coach back to Palma Nova at the end of the night. Should you be making your own way home please ensure this is booked in advance as taxi’s / ubers arent available in the area.
The Luff’s and Darks will kindly be providing food on the day (a few different Paella’s, salads, bread etc) along with a small amount of Sangria. We do however ask that you please bring what you would like to drink for the day along with you, we’ll be providing some booze as well but not a huge amount and we dont want anyone to run out!
