FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The wedding will be held at the delightful Finca Son Berga in the Alaro region of Mallorca, overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. It is a 15-20 minute drive from Palma De Mallorca and 30-40 minutes from the city of Soller.


The date of our wedding is Friday 12th September 2025.


We would however love to make this a weekend celebration so will be arranging welcome drinks for the evening before and after party for the following day. We would love if you could join us for a 3 day celebration.


Due to the nature of this being a location wedding, please RSVP by the 1st September 2024.


We have tried our best to accomodate our guests but unfortunately space is limited, If a plus one has been allocated to you, your invitation will reflect this. We look forward to spending the day celebrating with our closest friends and family.


We have decided that our wedding will be an adults only event, we hope that with enough notice you will be able to make arrangements and attend our celebrations. We LOVE your kids, but you deserve a little break away and we'd love for you to take the opportunity to let your hair down with us.


Summers in Mallorca can be incredibly hot (and we are praying for sunshine) which is why we are having the ceremony later on in the day. We will provide hand held fans for the day but please dress accordingly and be sure to drink plenty of water beforehand!


First and foremost - A GREAT BIG SMILE.

The majority of the day will be held in the gorgeous grounds outside. Music outside will finish at midnight and we will then be escorted to an inside area to party into the early hours.


Once we have confirmation on locations for the day before and after, we will suggest places in which you can stay.


Taxi's are extremely scarce in the Alaro region so we will be organising coaches to and from the venue. Details on pick up and drop off locations will be decided once we have everything confirmed. 


We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we have chosen to have an 'unplugged' ceremony. We ask that our guests turn off / silence their phones and refrain from taking any photos ad videos throughout the ceremony. Our professional photographer will take care of the day. You are however more than welcome to take photos at the reception later on in the evening.
