TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

 First and foremost thank you so much for wanting to come and celebrate with us. We understand that destination weddings are a big commitment so whether its a flying visit or you’re combining the wedding with your family holiday, we have a couple of fabulous days planned and would love for you to join us for any that suit.

FLIGHTS:

Flights are now available - Please book your flights as soon as possible to avoid price increases.

For our wedding celebrations we would suggest arriving on the 11th Sept prior to our welcome drinks celebrations that will begin at 6pm and to then depart on the 14th Sept should you need to get back to work for the Monday. 

We would however love for you to make a holiday out of the trip, so if you are arriving earlier/staying longer, please let us know and we can make further arrangements as we will be in Mallorca for the 2 weeks surrounding the wedding.

Transfers to your preferred hotels will need to be organised by yourselves.

RENTAL CARS:

We’d recommend renting a car if you plan on exploring the island. This will allow you to access beaches, small villages and have the freedom to make your trip what you would like it to be.

Top options from Palma Airport: 

Hertz, OK Mobility, Europcar, Enterprise, SIXT.

N.B - Most companies will require you to use a credit card for deposit however most do not accept AMEX so just something to note.

SUGGESTED ACCOMMODATION:

We will be staying at Zafiro Palace Palma Nova for the beginning of our stay but you are of course welcome to stay wherever suits the kind of getaway you are after. We have however reached out to a few hotels who have kindly provided discount codes should you choose to book with them:

Guests will receive a 5% discount.

Hotel Saratoga

With our code, guests will get a 12% discount on their reservation. These bookings are payable at the hotel and can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival.

The code will be applicable to reservations of a minimum of two nights between the 10th and the 15th September 2025, made before June 15th 2025. After this date, guests can still book on the website with the available online rates.

WEDDING SHUTTLE:

Please note that we are only able to provide transport to and from the wedding venue from areas where the majority of guests are staying eg. Palma or Palma Nova. We will provide more info on this once we know numbers and you can always make your own way to and from the pick up points if you choose to stay outside of these areas. 

Sept 12 - 5:00 pm

Shuttles to the wedding will depart from a pick up location within Palma / Palma Nova at approx 5pm. Please do not be late. If you miss the coach, you will need to arrange alternative transport. If you are staying elsewhere you will need to get to the pick up point for the coach at approx 5pm, or arrange alternative transport to the venue.

Sept 12 - 11 pm - 2:00 am

Shuttles will take guests back to a drop off location within Palma / Palma Nova depending on where most people will be staying between 11pm - 2am. You will then need to make your own travel arrangements to your hotels from the drop off location.
